There was a need for a conference call about that why?
Exercise: None again. My back isn't quite healed and because the stupid ass association people once again have decided to let the roads & sidewalks go to shit by not clearing them after yesterday's little storm.
Ever so slowly the powers that be at my company have been working on bringing our website up to date from the Stone Age. The latest addition is a link to an area where you can see information about every office including a picture (Ooh I'm so impressed! *rolls eyes*), directions to and from the airport closest to the office, and area hotels/restaurants. Ok so some people will probably find this helpful but did we really need to have a conference call about how to use it? I mean if you're that lost when it comes to using a simplistically laid out website at this point in the game, I think the big cheese should be showing you the door and telling you not to let it slam you in the ass on the way out. I admit that I work with some real computer dumdums and I certainly don't know everything there is to know about the things but geebus people all it takes is a little common sense. I lost 20 minutes that I will never get back going to that worthless meeting. At least the office prez offered a little entertainment when he started to spaz thinking there was "confidential" material out there for all the world to see. I swear the lack of intelligence and logic a person has to have in order to be part of upper management these days is frightening.
And now for something completely different....
People who make derogatory statements about others because of sexual preference, color, etc. then say they have nothing against them really piss me off!
That said, I'm off. Chef is on.
