Oh how times have changed
Exercise: 4 mile run. I'll be back to 8 or 9 before I know it. :)
Not that this is really any big surprise or anything but I was reading on CNN that Bush would NOT win an election if it were held this year. With everything that has been going on, it's not like this isn't something that shouldn't have been expected. I don't like the words "I told you so" but they do fit this situation when it comes to all those people who like to shoot their mouths off about Bush and blindly support the man.
The article went on to say that Democrats are actually preferred when it comes to many separate issues. Health care showed a 59/30 split, Social Security 56/33, gas prices 51/31, and economy 50/38. Even the war issue gave Dems a higher percentage - 46/40. Figures....Liberals to the rescue to clean up the horrendous mess left by the GOP. GOP now that makes me laugh. I can't say there is anything grand about those running this dump especially with the farce that has been made of the US over the past five years. SOP (Shoddy Old Party) sounds a little more descript these days.
And now for something completely different......
Never chew Skittles gum if you are going for a run longer than three miles. It's viable until that point but afterward, it starts to fall apart but it doesn't stop there. Leave it in your mouth long enough and it will turn from a stringy nasty wad to a bitter foamy mess that is enough to make anyone want to gag. YUCK!
Instead of leaving this post on that nasty thought, I'm going to leave it on a humorous note. This evening when I came back from my run, I got some toilet paper out of the pantry closet to take upstairs with me because both bathrooms up there were out. I took six rolls (three for each bathroom) and as I was coming up the stairs Chi saw me with all the TP and said, "My Gawd! What are you going to do, take a super shit?" LMAO Leave it to the Englishman to bring out the potty jokes.
Otay....I's be outta here. The Englishman is making beans on toast for dins and it's time to go throw the chomp on it. :)
