Rockstar Mania

Exercise: 100 push-ups, 200 crunches, 50 leg lifts.

So NBC aired two episodes of Tommy Lee Goes To College. Me being, well, me, I just had to watch. Hey, I can't help it. I had a crush on the guy back in the 80s and I still find something about him that I like although I don't know what it is. Must be that "wild child" in me who's just dyin to get out. LOL Ok, so maybe this show isn't the best reality flick going but it was better than I thought it might be. I actually enjoyed it and will be making a point of watching future episodes. I thought the band "requirements" were a little strict. I'm not sure if they were for real or show but dayum it would be enough to make me not want to sign up just on principle alone.

Rockstar INXS....WFT does JD think he's doing? I thought the first few times he went out on a limb he was showing initiative but now I think he's little more than a pompous little ass. The bit they showed tonight having to do with the team song writing bit did nothing but show him as a whiney little baby. The live discussion that followed afterward only made it worse and in my opinion did nothing for him but help him off the show. JERK!

OMG! They actually had one of the singers (Marty) do a Britney Spears song. Sad bit is (or should I say good?) that his version is actually better than the original. LOL Of course given the original artist, it's not like it would take much to make an improvement.

I'm still thinking they really need to launch that Jessica chic. I have yet to see a performance by her that I really like. Really Jordis is the only woman on the show that I could see possibly getting the spot. She just seems to have the most versatile voice of the women and the most suitable for INXS.

Oooh MiG...I swear that guy grows on me every week but this week - ooh la la la la la la la la. I still like Ty and I'm starting to like Marty more than I did at the outset but MiG pretty much cinched it as my favorite tonight which is saying a lot since I'm not really a Frampton fan. *SIGH*

One final note on the show....Garry Beers is just kinda yummy! :)

And now for something completely different.....

Dubya's approval ratings are at an all time low. Not that it's really a big surprise. Too bad more people didn't see that coming before the last election. Funny how he's following in daddy's footsteps in more than one way.

Righty roo...gonna go watch the forecast and wait for As Time Goes By to come on before hittin the hay.
