Another Crazy Night/Morning
Exercise: None - no time.
So about midnight I got a call from Ant. He said he was ready for me to pick him up and told me that everyone was going to Perkins for a bite to eat then asked if I wanted to go. I figured what the hell so I shut off the movie I was watching, got my shoes and socks on, and took off to pick him up so we could go eat with the others. So much for my quiet evening at home. LOL
I swear I have the worst of luck when it comes to running across the most obnoxious guys out there. On the way from the "club" to the restaurant, there was this SUV full of guys who couldn't seem to stop shouting out the window at me. ~rolls eyes~ What can I say....I dusted them. Bubye little boys LOL
We got home a little bit earlier than the morning before but not much - was something like 3:30am. Needless to say, I didn't get up overly early this morning. LOL What was strange though was that I started waking up once every hour on the hour between 8 and 11. The first time though involved a bout with hypnopompia which as usual scared the crapola out of me. You would think by now I would be able to relax a little when it happens but nooooooo. For those of you who don't know what this is, it's like waking up so quickly that only your mind wakes up and not the rest of your body. From what I have read, some people hallucinate when it happens but I don't. I just feel like I can't breath (this is what scares the hell out of me) and I can't move at all unless I really concentrate on doing it - even then it doesn't always work and the only thing I can do is to try and relax so I can go back to sleep and wake up again more slowly. What is so strange is that even though it terrifies me, I also find it very fascinating all at the same time especially now that I have found out more about it. I was sixteen the first time it happened and I thought I was going to die because I couldn't figure out what the hell was going on. Anyone I told about it had never heard of any such thing which made me wonder if I was "the only one". Later, I did some research on the net and found out it is fairly common.
After I got up "for good", I did some cleaning and then got a call from my mom. She said that they were having a last minute get together for my sister's birthday and invited me over. It was a good time. My sister couldn't stop talking about getting to see Paul McCartney (gee, I think she must really like that idea...LOL). Everyone is doing well including Sadie dog - vicious little critter she likes to think she is and all....LOL.
And now for something completely unrelated....
LMAO - One of the ads for the Real Gilligan's Island uses Def Leppard's Pour Some Sugar On Me in it. Too Funny!
Well kiddies, that's it for tonight.
Til next time....
